Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new B2B sales opportunities for our SaaS solutions through both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges to deliver tailored solutions of high strategic value.
  • Manage long and consultative B2B sales cycles, with an average deal size of USD 20,000 or more.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, and product) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic territory planning and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine outreach and sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology domain.
  • Strong background in managing long sales cycles and handling mid-ticket deals ($20,000+).
  • Experience selling into European and North American markets is essential.
  • Prior exposure to selling to Publishers, EdTech companies, or Industry Associations is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales motions, from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across senior decision levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales automation tools.
