Trade Marketing Specialist

As an experienced Trade Marketing Professional, you will play a critical role in enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth by developing and executing trade marketing plans in alignment with brand objectives, sales targets, and overall business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing trade marketing plans to support brand objectives, sales targets, and overall business goals - Leading in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost product visibility and engage consumers - Cultivating strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts to drive product sales - Overseeing the creation and deployment of point-of-sale materials, displays, and digital assets - Monitoring retail trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities - Managing budget allocation for trade marketing initiatives and maximizing ROI - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and promotional strategies - Training and supporting field sales teams and retail partners on brand messaging and promotional activities Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2-10 years of experience in trade marketing, field sales, or related roles in Alcobev, FMCG, or consumer goods industries - Strong knowledge of the Alcobev industry, retail channels, and consumer behavior trends - Proven track record of implementing successful trade marketing campaigns - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Strong project management abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with trade marketing tools and CRM systems - Creative, data-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset Preferred skills include: - Experience working with both on-premise and off-premise channels - Knowledge of digital and e-commerce platforms for trade marketing activities - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment If you join us, you will be part of a fast-growing, international startup with a strong market presence.
