Key Responsibilities In-Store & Key Account Marketing: Plan and manage trade activations including sampling, shelf displays, promotions, and visibility campaigns across retail and modern trade. Promoter & Merchandiser Management: Recruit, train, and manage promoter and merchandiser teams (direct and through agencies) to deliver strong in-store execution. Budgeting & ROI: Develop, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets; track ROI of campaigns and optimize spends. Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualize and execute consumer events, mall activations, kiosks, and exhibitions to drive awareness and trials. POSM Development: Plan, design, and execute POS materials (standees, wobblers, display units, etc.) to enhance shelf presence and brand recall. Visibility & Promotions: Drive brand presence through offline initiatives – tie-ups, sponsorships, on-ground consumer touchpoints. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with overall business objectives.
