As Trade Marketing Specialist at DOBRA, you’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales through impactful offline and in-store marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role that combines creative planning with sharp execution across retail, modern trade, and consumer-facing events. Key Responsibilities In-Store & Key Account Marketing: Plan and manage trade activations including sampling, shelf displays, promotions, and visibility campaigns across retail and modern trade. Promoter & Merchandiser Management: Recruit, train, and manage promoter and merchandiser teams (direct and through agencies) to deliver strong in-store execution. Budgeting & ROI: Develop, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets; track ROI of campaigns and optimize spends. Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualize and execute consumer events, mall activations, kiosks, and exhibitions to drive awareness and trials. POSM Development: Plan, design, and execute POS materials (standees, wobblers, display units, etc.) to enhance shelf presence and brand recall. Visibility & Promotions: Drive brand presence through offline initiatives – tie-ups, sponsorships, on-ground consumer touchpoints. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with overall business objectives. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in trade marketing / BTL / shopper marketing in FMCG (foods & beverages preferred) Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple agencies and on-ground teams Experience in budget management and ROI analysis Creative thinker with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Willingness to travel for on-ground activations and store visits Why Join DOBRA? We’re looking for a passionate storyteller who loves food, pop culture, and creating scroll-stopping content! At DOBRA, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing short-form videos (Reels/YouTube Shorts) and static creatives that bring our brand to life across social platforms. This role blends creative field work and structured team collaboration. You’ll spend time in stores, cafés, events, shoots, as well as brainstorming and editing with the marketing team. Work Mode - Hybrid: 2 days/week in office (editing, planning, coordination) 4 days/week field or home (shooting, editing, posting) Office likely based in Bangalore or Kochi location Key Responsibilities Plan, script, and shoot engaging content for Dobra’s Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, and quick-turnaround clips Develop and manage a consistent posting schedule with the team Create basic design assets (thumbnails, graphics, captions, layouts) Coordinate field shoots in stores and events Track the latest social trends, audios, formats, memes Optimise content performance through understanding of platform algorithms and analytics Work closely with marketing & brand teams to maintain brand voice and guidelines Requirements 2–3 years of experience in content creation for brands or as an IG/YouTube influencer/creator Hands-on experience in short-form video editing (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.) Strong camera usage skills (mobile shooting essential; DSLR is a plus) Basic design skills using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator Creative storytelling ability with a fun & youthful mindset Comfort working in fast-paced, on-ground environments Preferably experience in food & beverage brands or lifestyle content Understanding of social media growth, trends, and engagement Nice-to-Have Ability to manage creators, photographers, and freelancers Motion graphics skills Strong on-screen presence for hosting content Knowledge of South Indian languages / Hindi Why Join DOBRA?
