Key Responsibilities

• In-Store & Key Account Marketing:

  Plan and manage trade activations including sampling, shelf displays, promotions, and visibility campaigns across retail and modern trade.

• Promoter & Merchandiser Management:

  Recruit, train, and manage promoter and merchandiser teams (direct and through agencies) to deliver strong in-store execution.

• Budgeting & ROI:

  Develop, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets; track ROI of campaigns and optimize spends.

• Event Planning & Execution:

  Conceptualize and execute consumer events, mall activations, kiosks, and exhibitions to drive awareness and trials.

• POSM Development:

  Plan, design, and execute POS materials (standees, wobblers, display units, etc.) to enhance shelf presence and brand recall.

• Visibility & Promotions:

  Drive brand presence through offline initiatives – tie-ups, sponsorships, on-ground consumer touchpoints.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in trade marketing / BTL / shopper marketing in FMCG (foods & beverages preferred)
• Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple agencies and on-ground teams
• Experience in budget management and ROI analysis
• Creative thinker with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel for on-ground activations and store visits
