Role Overview:

We are seeking a Specialist – International Business Setup & Registrations who will be responsible for handling end-to-end company incorporation and registration processes across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong coordination with foreign associates, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of international setup services.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage company registration processes in countries including the US, Brazil, Australia, Europe, and other regions.

 Coordinate with international law firms, government bodies, and regulatory authorities for documentation and compliance.

 Prepare and review incorporation documents, KYC requirements, and filings.

 Ensure compliance with local regulations and deadlines across jurisdictions.

 Liaise with clients to understand their structuring requirements and provide tailored solutions.

 Maintain updated knowledge of global business setup regulations and assist in developing internal process documentation.

 Work closely with Company Global’s tax, legal, and compliance teams to offer complete market-entry solutions.

 Manage client communication, project timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Law, Finance, or related field.

 2–5 years of experience in international company incorporations, business registrations, or global compliance services (preferred).

 Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks in multiple jurisdictions.

 Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

 Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across time zones.

 Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
