Job Description

Role Overview: As a Trade Marketing Specialist at DOBRA, your primary responsibility will be to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales through impactful offline and in-store marketing initiatives. This dynamic role involves creative planning and precise execution across various channels including retail, modern trade, and consumer-facing events. Key Responsibilities: - In-Store & Key Account Marketing: Strategize and oversee trade activations such as sampling, shelf displays, promotions, and visibility campaigns in retail and modern trade environments. - Promoter & Merchandiser Management: Recruit, train, and supervise promoter and merchandiser teams (both direct hires and agency staff) to ensure effective in-store implementation. - Budgeting & ROI: Develop, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets, while also tracking the ROI of campaigns and optimizing expenditures. - Event Planning & Execution: Ideate and execute consumer events, mall activations, kiosks, and exhibitions to boost awareness and encourage product trials. - POSM Development: Plan, design, and implement POS materials like standees, wobblers, and display units to enhance shelf presence and reinforce brand recall. - Visibility & Promotions: Enhance brand visibility through offline initiatives such as tie-ups, sponsorships, and on-ground consumer touchpoints. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with the overall business objectives. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in trade marketing / BTL / shopper marketing within the FMCG sector, preferably in foods & beverages. - Proficient in execution, capable of managing multiple agencies and on-ground teams effectively. - Skilled in budget management and adept at conducting ROI analysis. - Innovative thinker with a problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail. - Willingness to travel for on-ground activations and store visits.
