Trade Marketing Specialist

As a Trade Marketing Specialist for Agri Output at Honest Farms, Farm Plus, and Field Fresh, your role will involve developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to meet sales targets, increase product visibility, and strengthen brand presence across various trade channels. You will need to have a deep understanding of retail dynamics, data-driven planning, and effective collaboration with sales, supply chain, and brand teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute trade schemes, promotions, and visibility plans to enhance product uptake and engage retail outlets. - Develop in-store branding, POS materials, and merchandising strategies for both traditional and modern trade stores. - Provide sales teams with necessary promotional tools, pitch decks, and product training to support their execution. - Customize trade marketing initiatives according to different channels (general trade, modern trade, Horeca, eB2B) to maximize relevance and return on investment. - Monitor the effectiveness of trade campaigns using data analytics and field feedback, and optimize strategies based on insights. - Keep track of competitor activities and trade trends to guide category and pricing strategies. - Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and brand marketing teams to ensure timely execution and product availability. Key Requirements: - MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Agri Business. - 3-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Food/Agri/Fresh Produce industries. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing trade promotions. - Strong analytical and planning capabilities. - Proficiency in Excel and basic data dashboards. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.,
