As the EV Vehicle Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing electric vehicle operations to ensure performance efficiency, minimal downtime, and optimal utilization. This role requires a combination of operational expertise, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of EV systems and infrastructure. You will oversee the performance of the EV fleet across various locations, monitoring and optimizing routes and usage to enhance range efficiency and reduce idle time. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the installation, maintenance, and expansion of charging stations, and collaborating with vendors to ensure charger uptime and SLA compliance. Implementing predictive maintenance protocols through telematics and IoT tools will be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining service logs, warranty schedules, and downtime reports. You will also be involved in developing SOPs for EV fleet operations, charging cycles, and energy consumption, as well as working with tech teams to integrate fleet data into central dashboards. Engaging with OEMs, service providers, and battery swap partners, ensuring seamless parts availability, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines will be crucial aspects of your role. Your duties will also include tracking CO savings, battery lifecycle metrics, and energy utilization for sustainability and compliance reporting purposes. To excel in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of EV systems, charging protocols, and battery lifecycle, as well as strong skills in fleet analytics, telematics platforms, and routing tools. Effective vendor negotiation and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with the capability to align operational goals with sustainability objectives and navigate data dashboards and mobility platforms. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Operations, Automotive Engineering, or Mobility Systems, with at least 6-8 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably including a minimum of 2 years in the EV domain. Experience in collaborating with energy providers or battery tech vendors would be advantageous. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
