Job Description

Responsibilities: Design and enforce strong financial controls to reduce risk and ensure compliance. Supervise general ledger, payables, receivables, and closing processes. Drive the financial planning process and monitor performance against budgets. Provide actionable insights and financial dashboards to aid strategic and operational decisions. Aggregate financial and operational data from multiple departments for executive reporting. Oversee the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and records. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and coordinate internal/external audits. Requirements: Education – CA preferred 3-5 years of experience in a similar controllership, accounting, or financial reporting role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Familiarity with tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit processes. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel/reporting tools. Ability to interpret financial data and deliver Capable of guiding team members, delegating tasks, and building a high-performance culture.
