Manager - Controllership

You will be responsible for designing and enforcing strong financial controls to reduce risk and ensure compliance. You will drive the financial planning process and monitor performance against budgets. Providing actionable insights and financial dashboards to aid strategic and operational decisions will be a key part of your role. You will be expected to aggregate financial and operational data from multiple departments for executive reporting. Additionally, overseeing the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and records, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, and coordinating internal/external audits will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should ideally have a CA qualification and possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar controllership, accounting, or financial reporting role. A strong understanding of accounting principles and standards such as GAAP and IFRS is essential. Familiarity with tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit processes is necessary. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel/reporting tools is required. You should have the ability to interpret financial data effectively and deliver. Being capable of guiding team members, delegating tasks, and building a high-performance culture is important. Furthermore, you should be able to convey financial insights effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.,
