We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for Delhi/NCR to drive sales, manage distributors and retail channels, and lead a team to achieve business targets in the region. Responsibilities : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory (Delhi/NCR). Submit accurate sales reports and market feedback regularly. Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. Ensure timely payment collections and maintain credit discipline. Ensure product availability and visibility across general trade and/or modern trade outlets. Monitor secondary sales and ensure proper stock movement. Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to improve productivity.
