Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 37 years of sales experience, with at least 12 years in a managerial role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of CRM tools and Excel Local market knowledge and regional language proficiency (if applicable)
