Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies in alignment with regional goals to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Territory Managers. Drive performance through regular reviews and coaching. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and ensure effective territory coverage. Expand distribution network by onboarding new retailers, distributors, and partners. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze performance to implement corrective actions as needed. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 37 years of sales experience, with at least 12 years in a managerial role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of CRM tools and Excel Local market knowledge and regional language proficiency (if applicable)
