Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the assigned area.
• Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators, and corporate clients.
• Generate new leads and expand business in B2B and institutional segments (schools, restaurants, showrooms, offices, event spaces, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and product trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Handle payment collections, credit management, and profitability in assigned accounts.
• Recruit, train, and motivate on-ground sales executives or channel partners as needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer events.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Deep understanding of AV products, sound systems, projectors, displays, and smart tech solutions.
• Experience in dealer management, institutional sales, or regional business expansion.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple clients.
• Good command of MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
