Trade Marketing Executive (FMCG Industry) - Gurgaon & Pune

We are hiring for Trade Marketing Executive role for Gurgaon & Pune.

• Job location -

  One vacancy in Gurgaon (Sector 62) and one vacancy in Pune (Kharadi)

• Work Schedule:

  5 days in the office, Saturday is a work-from-home day, and Sunday is off.

• Salary:

  50k CTC per month (46k inhand salary) + PF policy + Mediclaim policy.

• Target Industries:

  FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, Healthcare, and Edible Oil industries.

• Interview Process:

  The first round will be a video call, followed by a final face-to-face interview at your office.

• Job timings

  9 am to 6 pm (Day shift only)

Experience:

• 2 Year to 5 Years years of experience in Trade Marketing from FMCG industry.
• Experience in executing trade marketing programs and retailer engagement initiatives.
• Exposure to financial planning and budgeting for trade schemes is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across regions to ensure the execution of trade marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving brand visibility, retailer engagement, and distribution expansion within their designated region & sales vertical. This role is responsible for executing both national and regional trade marketing programs, ensuring seamless implementation in collaboration with the sales team. The Trade Marketing Executive provides execution support for all channels of RBO+BFS & Trade Bakery Channels within the geography, working closely with Sales Team and the Trade Marketing Team. Additionally, the role involves monitoring program effectiveness, gathering market insights, and aligning trade marketing strategies/plans with business objectives to optimize future initiatives.
