Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Sales Growth

  • Drive New Customer Acquisition (NCA), new SIP registrations, and SIP book growth.
  • Maximize market share on fintech platforms through optimized digital campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, average transaction value, and user retention to track effectiveness.

Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard new fintech partners and other digital distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with sales goals.

Platform Integration & Optimization

  • Collaborate with fintech partners and internal tech teams for API integration.
  • Ensure smooth user experiences that drive investor engagement and transactions.
  • Act as a single point of contact for resolving tech-related partner issues.

Customer Retention

  • Design and execute retention strategies for digitally acquired customers.
  • Analyze customer and partner data to uncover growth and retention opportunities.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales and partner performance.
  • Provide regular performance and market trend reports to stakeholders.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure all digital sales activities meet regulatory and industry best-practice standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in

    digital sales, fintech, partnerships, or asset management

  • Proven experience in

    customer acquisition, partner management, and retention strategies

  • Good understanding of

    digital distribution models, APIs, and fintech ecosystems

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
