Job Description

As a member of the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) team at bp, you will play a crucial role in fostering a diverse, inclusive culture where every individual can thrive. Additionally, you are expected to possess strong numeracy and analytical skills, digital fluency, effective communication abilities, prioritization skills, investigative and analytical capabilities, and the behavioral traits of leadership, adaptability, discretion, teamwork, organizational skills, self-awareness, judgment, and common sense.
