Job Description

QA Manager
JD Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects in the banking and financial services domain. Define and implement automation test strategies and frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage. Establish and monitor key QA metrics (e.g., automation coverage, defect leakage, test efficiency). Track QA deliverables across manual and automation streams and ensure on-time delivery with quality. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and define QA scope. Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts and regression test suites. Ensure compliance with domain-specific regulatory and security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX). Drive continuous improvement in QA processes through automation, tools adoption, and root cause analysis. Provide regular QA status updates and reports to leadership, including risk assessments and mitigation plans. Manage test environments, data requirements, and support CI CD pipeline integration for test automation. Strong domain knowledge in banking/financial services core banking, payments, cards, digital banking, or regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, TestNG, REST Assured, or similar. Strong experience in test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Proficient in test management tools like JIRA, ALM, TestRail, and reporting dashboards.
