Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and execute a comprehensive End-to-End Test Strategy.
• Build and manage detailed testing plans, ensuring feasibility and alignment with delivery timelines.
• Oversee and execute all phases of functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Drive collaboration between Technology, Business Analysts, and Business Teams to ensure clarity on testing approaches and outcomes.
• Proactively identify and resolve testing conflicts, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Monitor, track, and transparently report testing progress, issues, and risks to management and governance forums.
• Ensure adherence to project and testing governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Present complex problems in a simple, concise way for quick stakeholder decision-making.
• Mentor and guide team members to strengthen overall test management capabilities.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of Test Management experience in large, complex projects within a financial institution.
• Strong expertise in test management methodologies (end-to-end).
• Hands-on experience with Capital Market projects.
• Ability to define and implement test strategy and governance frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Experience managing testing across cross-functional technology and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Familiarity with Investment Banking processes (preferred).
