Job Description

Overall coordination with all stakeholders for any project activities SPOC for Quality Kiosk for any first level escalation and discussion
Ensuring team presence and formal work allocations are done on agreed timelines
Tracking project milestones and deliverables Create Test strategy, Test Plan and maintaining Risk and Issue tracker Stakeholder management across the client Highlighting the project risk or project concerns to client to take it forward
Consolidate and report metrics for project activities Ensure compliance with Client and QualityKiosk processes
Conducting daily stand-up calls for day today activities for achieving the targets Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager
Planning for catch-up activities in case of any targets which are missed
