Test Manager

As a Test Manager at our company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for analyzing functional requirements from BRD documentation, preparing and reviewing test scenarios, test plans, and execution, conducting manual and automated test execution, logging and tracking defects to closure, managing defect workflows, managing stakeholder communications, handling a team effectively, and demonstrating the ability and willingness to travel with strong client-facing and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze functional requirements from BRD documentation. - Prepare and review test scenarios, test plans, and execution. - Conduct manual and automated test execution. - Log and track defects to closure, managing defect workflows. - Manage stakeholder communications and handle a team effectively. - Demonstrate the ability and willingness to travel; possess strong client-facing and communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS Bancs, and Core Banking systems. - In-depth knowledge of Retail Banking and Corporate Banking modules. - Strong skills in designing and reviewing test scenarios, cases, and execution processes. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to document issues, generate reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders. - Proven ability to identify and drive issues through to resolution. - Adaptable and responsive to client needs. - Professional certifications are an added advantage.
