Company: A Large Global OrganizationKey Skills: C#, Angular, .NetRoles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain features and components of company solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals.Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure that software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices.Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written.Leverage common GenAI tools for AI assisted development and understand the basics of prompt engineering.Perform other job duties as assigned.Skills Required:Proficiency in C#, Angular, and .NetStrong understanding of the software development lifecycleAbility to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance featuresExperience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesKnowledge of system performance optimization techniquesFamiliarity with technical documentation and code review practicesExperience in writing unit tests, integration tests, load, and performance testsExposure to or use of GenAI tools for AI-assisted developmentBasic understanding of prompt engineeringEducation: Bachelor's degree in a related field
