Lead and manage System Integration Testing SIT activities ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and execute test plans and test cases Analyze system requirements and architecture to identify integration points and potential risks Monitor and report on testing progress defects and quality metrics to stakeholders Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies within the Test Management domain Ensure alignment of testing processes with organizational standards and compliance requirements Mentor and guide junior testers and team members to enhance their technical skills and testing capabilities
