We are looking for a highly skilled Test Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing, preferably within ERP product environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of enterprise-grade ERP solutions through comprehensive testing strategies and tools.
Design and execute detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing of ERP modules.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand functional requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects through bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and test strategy development.
Analyze test results, prepare test reports, and ensure product quality meets release criteria.
Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness of test suites.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
Strong background in ERP systems (custom or commercial like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Solid experience in both manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data against backend systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.
ISTQB or similar testing certification is an advantage.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
