!! Hiring for an opportunity with Sweden MNC !!

Responsibilities:

Delivers sales in line with targets in his/her territory for all products ranges.
Builds and manages trusting relationships with physicians, nurses/health technicians with a focus on long-term relations.
Creates a pre-fill plan using SMART objectives & effectively evaluates sales calls and documents post-call.
Combines product and therapy knowledge with relevant selling skills during sales call; sells by appropriate use of currently approved sales aids.
Effectively handles objections/concerns; consistently gains a logical, reasonable call to action/close on every sales call.
Continuously engages with appointed Distributors to increase market sales in the geography.
Negotiates with distributors on margins and creates wain-win situation for both.
Engage with distributor representatives and internal teams to provide support in liquidation of stocks.
