Manager Finance - Nalagarh

Role & responsibilities 1. Plant Annual Budget Opex -and Capex: Develop and manage the plant's annual operating (Opex) and capital expenditure (Capex) budgets. Monitor monthly and quarterly budget performance and provide regular updates to senior management. 2. Monthly MIS Reports and Variance Analysis: Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures and recommend corrective actions. 3. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing along with Statutory compliances of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax and Statutory Audit compliances. Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process, Provisioning and periodic reconciliations, amortization, calculation of depreciations etc. 4. Internal Audit Coordination and Responses: Collaborate with internal auditors to facilitate audit processes. Address audit findings and implement recommended improvements.
