The role focuses on strengthening students’ spoken English, reading skills, phonics, and overall language confidence through a structured and engaging learning model. Key Responsibilities Conduct English language lab sessions for pre-primary and primary students Implement ALP pedagogy, including phonics, guided reading, storytelling, role play, poems, and interactive activities Manage station rotation and small-group instruction Support students in developing confidence in speaking, reading, and comprehension Use digital tools and ALP resources to enhance learning Participate in training sessions, review meetings, and academic monitoring Eligibility & Skills Qualification in English / Education / Early Childhood Education (preferred) Experience teaching English to young learners (pre-primary/primary) Strong spoken English and classroom communication skills Willingness to learn and implement structured literacy programs Freshers or experienced teachers with good language skills and an interest in early education are welcome Why Join Us?
