Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster. Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets. Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster. Strengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks Manage & enhance relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks. Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales. Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks. Sales growth and cost management Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional. campaigns within the Cluster Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business mangers/ CROs on backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from field force Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations. for the cluster Customer satisfaction and retention Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints. People Management Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan. Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs. Ensure CROs meet their training requirements.
