Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the territory. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market share. Distribution Management: Oversee distribution operations to ensure optimal coverage and product availability. Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery and proper stock levels at all distribution points. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to maximize their potential. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's skills and knowledge. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
