Role & responsibilities Field Sales: Regular client visits; present and promote HR consultancy services. B2B Sales: Target enterprises, generate leads, and build a prospect pipeline. Sales Targets: Meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs. Client Management: Build/maintain professional relationships; provide tailored HR solutions. Negotiation: Finalize contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Collaboration: Work with internal HR teams for smooth service delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree. Experience: 24 years in B2B field sales; HR consultancy/recruitment preferred. Skills: Communication, negotiation, networking, and time management. Proficient in MS Office. Other: Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to travel extensively. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
