Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 days in a Week)Working Hours : 9:45 to 7:00Job RoleThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, from sourcing high-quality candidates to managing senior-level interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and the Head of HR. The specialist will optimize job postings, track recruitment metrics, and provide strategic insights on hiring trends and recruitment performance. Additionally, the role involves managingrecruitment initiatives, including diversity programs and employer branding efforts, while ensuring the recruitment process aligns with business goals.Primary Responsibilities- Source and attract high-quality candidates from multiple platforms (job boards, socialmedia, networking).- Schedule and conduct interviews, particularly for senior roles, and assess culture fit.- Track candidate progress through each stage of the hiring process.- Engage with candidates to provide a positive and professional experience.- Daily check-ins with the Head of HR to update on recruitment efforts.- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate statuses.- Optimize job postings for attracting quality candidates.- Present weekly recruitment metrics to leadership (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute to business-aligned goals.- Manage recruitment projects and vendor relationships (e.g., job boards, recruitmentagencies).- Build and maintain a long-term talent pool for critical roles.- Plan and execute recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives.- Monitor recruitment budget for cost-effective hiring efforts.- Evaluate and adjust recruitment strategies based on performance data.- Lead on boarding and implementation of new recruitment technologies.- Present quarterly and yearly data on hiring trends and recruitment success.- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve recruitment policies and procedures.Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.- Analytical skills to track and present recruitment metrics.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.- Ability to manage large-scale recruitment projects and adjust strategies.- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding.- Adaptability to learn and implement new tools and technologies.- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relations.
