Hiring Asst Manager / Manager (Projects)
Location -Turbhe
Candidate should be available to join in 15 days to immediate
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Searching the tenders on various websites Portal as well as GeM Portal, download & review the tenders
2. Preparing the Tender documents and doing a submission of tender by online as well as manually Preparing Internal & External transmittals related to EMD & Tender Fee.
3. Expedite the review and Comments of documentation
4. Discussion with sales team for new Sales Offer & Quotation, Payment, Purchase Orders for B2B Transactions.
5. Preparing Vendor registration Documents by Manually as well as Online.
6. Preliminary activities related to Marketing & Looking after day to day office activities. Like follow-up with client for Purchase Order, inform client about Material dispatch schedule, follow up for Payment.
7. Expedite the review, Comments of documentation and compliance
8. Preparing Outstanding Letters, Preparing Tender Documents like E- Tender as well as Manually Tenders. Attending Clients Meeting like Pre-bid, Price Negotiations Meetings, Kick of Meetings.
9. Preparing Vendor registration Documents by Manually as well as Online.
10. Co Ordinate with All Site Person for relating tenders & Projects work.
11. Proper filing of every project documentation.
12. Discussion with sales team for new Sales Offer & Quotation, Payment, Purchase Orders for B2B, B2C Transactions. Follow with client for new requirement & Payment & Dispatch related Activity.
13. Preparing Outstanding Letters, Preparing Tender Documents like E- Tender.
14. Generate MIS report for HOD & Directors
15. Prepared bid submissions and tender documentation for online/offline across government institutions. documentation.
16. Liasioning with suppliers and field teams to ensure payments, repeat orders, and resolution of tender-related queries.
17. Managed dispatches for awarded tenders in collaboration with Sales and Logistics departments.
18. Handled vendor registrations and provided institutional pricing and authorization letters to distributors.
19. Supported documentation processes with the account department for certificates and compliance.
20. Responsible for tender coordination and management
