Job Description

Ensure preparation of proposal, client-focused, compliant proposals, and increase the likelihood of winning new O&M business contracts.
Managing the entire proposal development process for O&M contracts. This includes roles spanning technical, commercial, and strategic communication activities.
End-to-end creation and submission of proposals in response to Inquiries and other client solicitations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of proposals.
Collaborate with business development, engineering, and technical teams to assess inquiries, clarify deliverables, and define the scope of services
Write, edit, and coordinate the preparation of proposal contentincluding executive summaries, service descriptions, pricing strategies, capability statements, and supporting documentation.
Develop and manage cost models, pricing structure, and commercial strategies with business and finance teams to ensure bids are competitive as well as profitable.
Serve as a central point of liaison, facilitating input and alignment from cross-functional teams—engineering, legal, procurement, operations, and sometimes marketing
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to position proposals strategically.
Manage document controls, track proposal progress, and ensure version control through robust document management systems.
Oversee risk identification and mitigation strategies within proposals and conduct compliance checks for client and statutory requirements.
Act as a technical point of contact for clients during negotiation and post-award clarifications, ensuring clear communication and transition to O&M project execution teams.
Coordinate with account managers to support business development activities, including creating promotional materials and case studies when needed.
