Tender Manager

Candidate should be only from Facility Industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Tender/Bid Management Identify, track, and evaluate new tenders and RFPs (government, PSU, and private sector). Study tender documents, scope of work, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements. Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial proposals. Ensure timely submission of tenders and avoid non-compliance errors. 2. Costing & Pricing Work with finance, HR, and operations teams to prepare competitive manpower cost sheets. Analyze statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.) while preparing bids. Finalize financial proposals, ensuring profitability and competitiveness. 3. Documentation & Compliance Manage and maintain updated vendor registrations, empanelments, and e-tendering portals. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for necessary registrations, licenses, and certifications. Ensure all tender-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. 4. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with operations, HR, and accounts teams for inputs on manpower deployment plans, wage structures, and overheads. Interact with clients for pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and negotiations. Liaise with government departments, consultants, and procurement teams. 5. Business Support & Reporting Maintain a tender tracker (submitted, won, lost, under process). Provide regular MIS reports on bid status, win/loss analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Support business development initiatives and client presentations. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of facility management / manpower outsourcing industry. Excellent understanding of labor laws, wage structures, and statutory compliances. Proficiency in tender portals (GeM, CPPP, e-tender platforms). Strong negotiation, costing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
