A Tender Manager oversees the entire tendering process for an organization, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids and securing contracts. They play a crucial role in winning new business by coordinating bid preparation, ensuring compliance, and negotiating favorable terms. This involves a mix of strategic planning, project management, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the entire tender process from start to finish.

· Coordinate with various departments to gather all necessary documentation and information for tender submissions.

· Analyze requirements, prepare compliance checklists, and ensure all requirements are met.

· Develop and manage tender schedules, ensuring timely submissions.

· Review and analyze tender documentation and contract conditions.

· Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.

· Prepare and present tender proposals to senior management.

· Maintain records of all tender documentation and correspondence.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management or a related role.

· Strong understanding of contract law and tendering procedures.
