Position offered : Contracts Engineer

Experience : Minimum 2 - 5 Years in Contracts Department (Infrastructure Industry)

Compensation : Negotiable

Education : B. Tech – Civil (PGC from NICMAR / RICS shall be preferred)

Reporting to : Mr. CM Suhaney

Location : Indore Head Office

· Study / Interpretation of Contracts.

· Preparations of letters, based on Contract.

· Coordination with site office and track all communications to ensure that no letter is unattended to be replied.

· Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) of all type of Contracts which includes list and time line of key deliverables and tracking of project mile stones.

· Maintain the records (Physical & Digital).

· Full Knowledge on Key Contracts terms.

• Communication – Verbal and written (Hindi & English)
• Computer Proficiency in MS Office (excellent in words, excel) and email/internet surfing.
• Working knowledge of Autocad & Quantity calculation softwares like road estimator/road designer/calquan etc
