Tender Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of tenders for our projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tender management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preparation of tenders and proposals for new projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate tender documents to identify key requirements and areas of risk.
• Develop and maintain a tender management system to track submissions and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Prepare and present tender submissions to management and clients as needed.
• Ensure that all submissions are completed within deadlines and adhere to company standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in tender management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and procurement practices.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
