Key Responsibilities: Manage the loan application to disbursement process , ensuring all required documentation and verifications are completed accurately. Supervise and guide the loan processing team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate with sales, credit, risk, legal, and operations teams for seamless loan approval and disbursement. Review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for loan processing and implement improvements for efficiency. Handle escalations and resolve complex cases related to loan documentation or customer issues. Ensure KYC, income verification, credit checks, and collateral evaluation are done as per policy. Conduct periodic audits of loan files to ensure compliance and reduce operational risks. Prepare MIS reports on loan processing volumes, approval ratios, and TAT for management review. Train and mentor the team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity. Keep updated on RBI, NBFC, and banking regulations relevant to loan processing. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of loan products (personal, business, mortgage, vehicle, etc.) and processing workflows. Good understanding of credit policies, compliance norms, and risk assessment. Proficiency in loan management systems (LMS), core banking software, and MS Office. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills to handle cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 23 years of experience in loan operations/processing, with at least 23 years in a managerial/supervisory role in loans department.
