This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Account Management Executive located in Noida. The Customer Account Management Executive will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with SLnko's services. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and providing updates to clients. The role also involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, addressing and resolving any client issues or concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
