Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive (Government Liaison & E-Procurement)

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–5 years
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Tender Executive to manage end-to-end government tendering, liaison, and project coordination activities across portals such as GeM, e-Procurement, and Startup India. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of AI/IT products, government certification procedures (ISO, MSME, Startup India, etc.), and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and monitor relevant government tenders (GeM, CPP, and other portals).
  • Handle end-to-end tender process — from document preparation and submission to negotiation and follow-up.
  • Liaise with government departments, public institutions, and project stakeholders for coordination and approvals.
  • Manage and maintain certifications including ISO, MSME, Startup India, BIS, and other statutory registrations.
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals, BOQs, catalogues, and presentations as per tender requirements.
  • Source and procure AI, IT, and electronic components required for project execution.
  • Track project timelines, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain post-tender documentation and follow-ups.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and reports for communication with government and institutional clients.
  • Create and edit presentations and visual materials using Canva or MS PowerPoint.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical tender documentation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in government tendering and liaison work.
  • Familiarity with GeM Portal, e-Procurement systems, and related compliance documentation.
  • Strong understanding of AI, IT, and electronic products.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and digital documentation tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge of government incentive schemes (Startup India, MSME, Digital India).
  • Prior experience in working with AI, IoT, or EdTech products.
  • Strong presentation and coordination abilities.
