Manage the entire process of the government tender paper notebook from concept to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. ➢ Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders involved in the tender process, such as legal, procurement, finance, and other relevant teams. ➢ Develop and implement strategies to effectively organize and maintain the tender documentation in the notebook, ensuring easy access and retrieval. ➢ Keep up-to-date with the latest government tender documentation requirements, guidelines, and regulations and ensure compliance. ➢ Collaborate with internal teams to review and analyze tender documentation, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing the submission. ➢ Supervise and guide a team of tender administrators to ensure smooth handling of all tender-related tasks, including preparation, submission, and record-keeping. ➢ Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors, if required, to gather necessary information and documentation for inclusion in the tender paper notebook. ➢ Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the tender documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the defined standards. ➢ Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of ongoing tenders, including key milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
