Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic AI/ML Executive who can lead end-to-end AI/ML projects , manage a small team, and deploy scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with core ML workflows and MLOps, and a strong grasp of AI functionalities such as Computer Vision, NLP, and Object Detection . Key Responsibilities Design and execute end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for real-world applications. Build and manage models in domains such as: Computer Vision (e.g., image classification, object detection, OCR) Natural Language Processing (NLP) (e.g., text classification, summarization, chatbots) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Build and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. Deploy models using Kubernetes/Docker , with attention to scalability and monitoring. Mentor junior team members and oversee project timelines. Required Skills Strong programming skills in Python Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, HuggingFace, spaCy, YOLO , or similar frameworks Hands-on with MLOps tools : MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow Model deployment using FastAPI , Docker , and Kubernetes Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation for both structured and unstructured data Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields Prior experience leading small AI/ML teams or projects Exposure to geospatial AI, satellite imagery, or edge AI (bonus) W.
