The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and bidding process for CPaaS-related opportunities. This includes identifying tenders, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with technical and financial requirements, and supporting the sales team in securing new business through government and corporate channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Identification & Analysis:
• Monitor e-procurement portals, government tender sites, and private RFP platforms for relevant CPaaS opportunities.
• Analyze tender documents to understand scope, eligibility, and submission requirements.
2. Proposal & Bid Management:
• Prepare and compile technical and financial proposals in line with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, legal, finance, and operations teams for necessary documentation and approvals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders (online/offline) and maintain bid trackers.
3. Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain updated records of statutory, financial, and technical documents required for tender participation.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
4. Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with government departments, vendors, and clients to clarify queries or requirements.
• Support sales and business development teams in RFP responses and presentations.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain and update tender databases, success rates, and feedback reports.
• Provide insights into tender trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA or certification in Bid/Tender Management is an advantage.
Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or sales coordination.
• Experience in IT, telecom, or CPaaS/SaaS domain preferred. Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of CPaaS products (SMS, Voice, Email, WhatsApp APIs, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, NIC, etc.).
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
