Telesales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Motivation:Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Performance Monitoring:Track and evaluate team member performance using metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Coaching & Training:Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts to drive revenue growth.
• Goal Setting:Set individual and team sales targets for daily, weekly, and monthly periods.
• Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer complaints or complex sales inquiries.
• Reporting:Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance analyses to senior management.
• Compliance:Ensure the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
• Process Improvement:Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and continuously enhance sales processes.
• Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as marketing, to support broader business objectives.
