Telesales Team Leader

The Tele Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of tele sales executives to achieve sales targets for holiday and travel packages. The role involves overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, providing training and guidance, and ensuring excellent customer engagement to maximize revenue and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular reviews, call audits, and reports.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote domestic and international holiday packages.
  
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards in every customer interaction.
  
• Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
  
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support promotions, offers, and campaigns.
  
• Motivate the team to maintain a positive and energetic sales environment.
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• 35 years of experience in tele sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
  
• Experience in selling holiday/travel packages is mandatory.
