Job Description

The Telecaller Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth operations. The role involves performance monitoring, training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and call quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the telecaller team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
  • Monitor team performance through regular call audits and reports.
  • Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity and quality.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.
  • Ensure team members follow company scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth lead flow and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
