The Role


As a Telesales and Customer Success Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth

strategy. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on both the thrill of a sale and the

satisfaction of nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for a

complete end-to-end cycle: from identifying and engaging new prospects to ensuring our existing

clients are happy and successful.


Key Responsibilities


 Telesales & Lead Generation:

o Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email, and

social media.

o Conduct product demos and present solutions that meet the specific needs of

prospects.

o Manage and track a pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve and exceed

sales targets.


 Customer Success & Account Management:


o Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers

o Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

o Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction

and product adoption.

o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive additional revenue.


 Customer Retention & Support:


o Proactively address customer’s concerns and resolve issues in a timely and

professional manner.

o Work with internal teams (e.g., product, technical support) to ensure a seamless

customer experience.


Qualifications


 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success role.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and clear telephone

presence.

 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

 Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

 Proficiency in CRM software.

 A "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
