Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Event Co-ordinator to support the smooth operation of our e-bike test ride arena at an exclusive event in Gurugram. This role is crucial for ensuring a premium and engaging experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Event Setup (5:30 AM onwards):

  Assist the core team with the setup and organization of the test ride arena, ensuring all bikes and equipment are ready for use.

• Guest Management:

  Greet and guide attendees interested in experiencing the AOKI e-bikes.

• Test Ride Facilitation:

  Assist guests with selecting appropriate e-bike models and provide basic instructions for the test ride, ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Digital Registration Support:

• Guide participants through the QR code-based Google Form registration process for test rides.
• Verify the successful submission of the Google Form before allocating a bike.
• Communicate participant names (both for new registrations and bike returns) to the internal team via group chat for real-time tracking.

• Bike Handling:

  Assist with the organized handover and reception of e-bikes before and after test rides, ensuring bikes are returned safely.

• Arena Maintenance:

  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the test ride area throughout the event.

• Post-Event Pack-up:

  Assist with the efficient pack-up and loading of bikes and equipment after the event (by 10:30 AM).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in event management, event support, or similar customer-facing roles within a dynamic event setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage queues and provide clear instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
