Telesales Manager

As an ideal candidate for the position, you will be responsible for various key aspects outlined below: Role Overview: You will be primarily involved in customer interaction, lead management, sales coordination, customer support, marketing collaboration, and reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to online inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms. - Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about modular kitchen and interior design offerings. - Handle qualified leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. - Work closely with the sales team to schedule consultations, site visits, and product demonstrations. - Assist in preparing and sharing quotations, catalogs, and brochures with potential clients. - Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone. - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales campaigns and share customer insights for product and promotional improvement. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions, and provide regular reports on online sales performance and customer feedback. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1-5 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or modular kitchen industry. - Education: Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Interior Design or Sales & Marketing is a plus. - Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, ability to multitask and manage time effectively, and familiarity with interior design concepts and trends advantageous.,
