Job Description – Tele Sales / Sales Manager Company: UNIQ DESIGNS Location: Tellapur, Hyderabad. Industry: Interior Designing Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales / Sales Manager to join our growing interior designing company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Present and explain interior design services to potential customers. Maintain and grow client relationships for repeat and referral business. Maintain accurate sales records and daily reporting in CRM tools. Work closely with the design and operations teams to deliver solutions to clients. Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities. Meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals and performance benchmarks. Requirements Proven experience in Tele Sales / Sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Comfortable in handling sales targets and working in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Email). Positive attitude with a customer-first mind set. Work Details Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days from office, 3 days work from home). Work Days: 6 days a week. Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
